Education Requirement
Applicants must have completed high school, earned a HiSET or GED, or hold an Associate Degree or higher.
Minimum Age Requirement
Applicants must be at least 17 years old to apply.
Qualification Documents
Applicants must provide certain documents during the application process and may submit additional supporting documents. All uploads must be uploaded before submission of the application. Late uploads will not be accepted. Documents (if applicable): Valid driver’s license Work History - the following are accepted as evidence to verify hours worked:
Education: Transcript for high school and any post-secondary education to verify number of semesters of algebra or higher math with passing grades; HiSET or GED records (if applicable) Training: Trade school or other certificate program records Military Experience: Documentation if applicable Community Involvement: Documentation of organizations or certificate programs Letters of Recommendation: Up to 3 letters may be uploaded Upload Requirements: Full-page copies Must be uploaded before submission of application/personal experience form
