Please watch the following video to learn how to get started logging hours as a construction wireman.

Recording On-the-job-training (OJT) hours in Tradeschool.

The first time you log into TradeSchool you will need to use the email address that you provided to us.

Once you have the webpage open, you will need to click on the “reset password” link. It will then prompt you to enter a temporary password, which you will have to enter twice. Once completed you will be prompted to enter a permanent password. Make sure to save this password for future use.

After you have successfully logged into TradeSchool, please verify that all of your personal information is correct; spelling of your name, address, phone number, etc.

Work reports
Each month you are required to enter your OJT hours. This on-line form is commonly referred to as a “Work Report”. It is important that you enter your hours accurately and
honestly.

• The hours will be checked against your hours work as submitted by your contractor.
• OJT hours are reviewed by the committee for possible advanced placement, at your request after being offered an apprenticeship position.
• OJT hours submitted after the 7th of each month will not be considered.

It is your responsibility to have your work reports submitted by the 1st of each month. There is a grace period for submitting your work report of 6 days. If work reports are not received by 11:00 pm Central Time on the 7th of each month, they are considered late. The committee will NOT consider credit for hours worked in a month when the work report was late.
